Windows: open file host "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts":
Add  : 0.0.0.0         account.jetbrains.com

Linux/Mac: open/etc/hosts
Add : 0.0.0.0         account.jetbrains.com

After restart and enter code !
